Attendees can either fill out a paper CE record (available at registration tables) or submit attended lectures through this online form.

Directions:
To submit lecture(s) attended for your CE certificate, please fill out the form completely including CE code. The CE code is posted in the lecture halls, and on the videos available after the conference to all participants. You can submit each session to this form as you attend and/or watch, or you can wait until the end of the conference weekend to submit them all at once.
