Lecture Notes Access Information

Free online access for registrants to all lecture notes. All the lecture notes we’ve received so far have been collated into one online book for download (or view individual articles). Here’s how to access the list: 

1.     For registered participants only: select this online page
2.     Log in with the password 2019MFTE and submit (make sure to type, not copy, the code)
3.     Here you will see the list of all the articles submitted by the speakers.
4.     New additions to the article list: Mary Bove’s preconception care and Kat Maier’s lung presentation. Kevin Spelman’s still to come!
5.     The “All Notes” file at the top is the full set of notes in online book format (except the recent submissions mentioned above). Intensive notes will be posted separately for intensive participants.

Please note this class is over an hour from Blue Ridge Assembly. An email was sent with directions. If you didn’t receive contact us right away–we want to make sure you go to the right place. Bring a light rain jacket just in case and layers–it’s supposed to be a warm day.

Summary of case for Monday’s Case Management Panel:

19 y/o girl suffering from severe fatigue, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, gastritis, reflux, POTS, CFS, IBS since age 12.  Got mono (EBV) 2013 following a field trip to the Chesapeake Bay, submerged under a bacterial biofilm;  had gallbladder removed 2014, sinus surgery at age 17, back pain, sweating, green mucous in throat, brain fog, headaches, spots in vision, chronic insomnia.  Last year diagnosed with Strep C, Neurologic Lyme, Bartonella, Rickettsiosis, Erlichiosis 2018.  Formerly athletic, positive, healthy. Homebound from school since 10th grade.  Has been thoroughly tested by the Amen clinics…have her labs, brain scans and results with me.  Treated for Lyme & Bartonella, but still suffering severe depression and fatigue, etc.  Emotional trauma as a child, father sexually abused her when young.
