To access your past purchases, be sure to log in with the same email address you used on our old website. If you use a different email through our new website, your previous order history will not be available.

You can access past video purchases on your Vimeo account until March 1. To transfer past orders to your new account, email a screenshot of your Vimeo purchases to our Registration Office before that date. Transfers may take some time.
