Once you’re logged into your account, a menu will appear at the top of your screen, allowing you to see past orders, view your library of digital content, request CE certificates or look for information on upcoming conferences.
In most cases, if an order seems to have disappeared from your account, it is usually because you have logged into a different account than the one with which you made your original purchase.
You may have accidentally created a second account by:
To find your products: check your past emails - if we sent your receipt to that email address, then that's the one associated with those purchases. If you can't find an email receipt, then you likely used a different email address for those purchases. Once you've figured out the email address, sign into the website with that one.
If you notice you have multiple accounts, please inform us, and we will consolidate your accounts, ensuring all orders are sitting in one place, under your preferred email address.
To access your video and audio recordings, or digital books (whether purchased individually or acquired after conferences), log into your accountand click “Library”.
From this page, you can stream your content directly from the browser, or download the content for later use.

From the menu at the top, click "Conferences", and select the conference you're interested in.
On this page, you'll find information about the event, links to register, discounts, scholarship information and more.
With each conference we post a schedule of lectures, activities, speakers and so forth.
In the menu at the top, if you hover over "Conferences", and select the conference you're interested in, you can find the "Symposium/Conference Schedule" about half way down the page.

If you prefer to generate your certificates yourself, or if you were unable to attend the conference in person, follow these steps:
1. Wait for the discount code for the full set of video and audio recordings (we will send it approximately 4 weeks after the conference).
2. Add the recordings to your account:

**For the Medicines from the Earth symposium, only those who registered for the Clinician’s Track may purchase and obtain CE credit. You may purchase it from your private attendee page.
***If you are an acupuncturist, CE credit is only available for attending live lectures.
From the menu at the top, click “Continuing Education”.
On this page you’ll find information about our Continuing Education programs, details for the various health care professions that we cover, a history of Continuing Education at Herbal Educational Services, and detailed instructions on how to request a certificate.
1. Ensure you are logged into the correct account.
To do so, click the icon of the circle with the head in the top right corner, and enter the email address associated with your account.
2. Ensure you have purchased and watched/listened to the relevant videos/audio.
3. Click “CE Certificates” from the menu at the top.
4. When the page opens, choose the options that apply to you, eg: Integrative Medicine MD, Southwest.
5. Click the "Add" button next to the lectures you have taken/listened to.
6. Click the “Get certificate” button at the bottom of the list.
✔ TIP: If you need to re-download your certificate in future, you can go back to your “CE Certificates” page, and re-download the certificate from the “Past Certificates” section.
