Purchasing lectures or books

How do I purchase recordings and then claim CE credits?

Step 1: Search for and purchase the files you're interested in.

Find all products by clicking Shop All from the menu at the top.
If this is your first purchase, ensure you add an email address when completing your purchase. This will create an account you can easily log into in future.
If this is not your first purchase, ensure you’re using the same email address as previous purchases.

Step 2: Log in to your account and watch or listen to your files.

In the rop right corner, click the icon of the circle with the head, and enter the email address associated with your purchases.
In the menu on the left, click “Library”.
Click the play or download iconbeside the file(s) you wish to watch/listen to.

Step 3: Generate your CE certificate by following the instructions in the FAQ under Continuing Education > How do I request a Continuing Education certificate?

How do I understand product codes, eg 26ME05?

All products are named with codes indicating the year, conference and lecture title.

Eg, 26ME05 - Phytoestrogens - What are They and What’s all the Fuss

26= the year, 2026
ME = the conference, Medicines from the Earth
05 = the number we use to differentiate products that come from the same conference

Tip: When you're searching for a recording or pdf in your library, you can search using the code, eg "26ME".

Your account and products

How do I use the "My Account" page?

Once you’re logged into your account, a menu will appear at the top of your screen, allowing you to see past orders, view your library of digital content, request CE certificates or look for information on upcoming conferences.

How do I access my books, video and audio recordings?

To access your video and audio recordings, or digital books:

STEP 1:Click the icon of the circle with the head in the top right corner of the page and log in.

If you are already logged in, you'll be taken directly to your account page
if you are not yet logged in, enter the email address associated with your account

STEP 2:From the menu on the left, click “Library”

STEP 3:From your Library, you can play your content directly from the browser.

Audio files can be download or played directly on the site.
Video files can be played directly from the site.
PDFs can be downloaded

My orders have disappeared - what do I do?

In most cases, if an order seems to have disappeared from your account, it is usually because you have logged into a different account than the one with which you made your original purchase.

You may have accidentally created a second account by:

Purchasing a product and entering a different email address at checkout.
Purchasing a product and only entering a phone number with no email address at checkout.
Signing into the website using a different email address than the one you originally used.

To find your products: check your past emails - if we sent your receipt to that email address, then that's the one associated with those purchases. If you can't find an email receipt, then you likely used a different email address for those purchases. Once you've figured out the email address, sign into the website with that one.

If you notice you have multiple accounts, please inform us, and we will consolidate your accounts, ensuring all orders are sitting in one place, under your preferred email address.

Conferences

Where do I find conference registration and information?

From the menu at the top, click "Conferences", and select the conference you're interested in.

On this page, you'll find information about the event, links to register, discounts, scholarship information and more.

Where can I find the conference schedule?

With each conference we post a schedule of lectures, activities, speakers and so forth.

In the menu at the top, if you hover over "Conferences", and select the conference you're interested in, you can find the "Symposium/Conference Schedule" about half way down the page.

I've been to the conference and signed up for Continuing Education credit, what do I do next?

Step 1: Before the conference

Purchase conference registration*
Purchase the CE credit specific to the conference**

Step 2: During the conference

Attend lectures***
Fill out your evaluation form

Step 3a: After the conference

Email your evaluation form to us reg@botanicalmedicine.org (or give it to us in-person at the conference)
We will send you your CE certificate within a few weeks.

Step 3b: After the conference

If you prefer to generate your certificates yourself, or if you were unable to attend the conference in person, follow these steps:

1. Wait for the discount code for the full set of video and audio recordings (we will send it approximately 4 weeks after the conference).

2. Add the recordings to your account:

In the Search bar at the top of the site, type the conference name, eg “26MEF Full Set” (Tip: Full sets are named with the last two digits of the year + conference abbreviation + F, eg, 26+ME+F = 26MEF)
Select the product you wish to add
Click Add to cart
Click Checkout
Enter the Discount code and click Apply
Fill in your Billing Address and click Complete order

3. Watch/Listen to the relevant content if you did not attend the conference.

4. Generate your CE using the instructions in FAQ under Continuing Education > How do I request a Continuing Education certificate?

*You do not have to attend the conference to obtain CE credit - see the FAQ under Your Account> I've purchased a full video/audio set, how do I obtain CE credits with them?

**For the Medicines from the Earth symposium, only those who registered for the Clinician’s Track may purchase and obtain CE credit. You may purchase it from your private attendee page.

***If you are an acupuncturist, CE credit is only available for attending live lectures.

How do I claim or request a Continuing Education certificate?

STEP 1: Purchase and watch or listen to the related lectures (or attend lectures in person).

STEP 2:Click the icon of the circle with the head in the top right corner of the page and log in.

If you are already logged in, you'll be taken directly to your account page
if you are not yet logged in, enter the email address associated with your account

STEP 3:Click “CE Certificates” from the menu on the left, and when the page opens, choose the options that apply to you.(eg, Nursing > NCNA > Southwest)

STEP 4:Click the "Add" button next to the lectures you have watched/listened to.

STEP 5:Click the “Get certificate” button at the bottom of the list.

Your certificate will automatically download to your device, and a link will open on your webpage in case the download does not happen automatically.

✔ TIP: If you need to re-download your certificate in future, you can go back to your “CE Certificates” page, and re-download the certificate from the “Past Certificates” section.

I am an acupuncturist, how do I request a Continuing Education certificate

Acupuncture CE credit is available for attendance at live lectures only.

To obtain your CE certificate, please email the paper form received with your conference package to reg@botanicalmedicine.org.

From the menu at the top, click “Continuing Education”.
