We discuss botanical medicine and nutritional interventions for numerous pathological ear conditions, from acute conditions like otitis media and externa in children to chronic tinnitus, hearing loss and vertigo. Local, topical interventions and systemic, treatments based on a better understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the organ are included along with a description of the side effects and usages of pharmaceuticals in these conditions.
