26ME16 - Recognizing and Treating Hypermobility/EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) Patients with Herbs and Lifestyle

Speaker: Linde, Bob

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)/Hypermobility is a group of inherited connective-tissue disorders that affect the body’s collagen, impacting the skin, joints, blood vessels, and internal tissues.

This lecture explores how to recognize signs of hypermobility, understand common co-occurring issues, and support connective tissue health through herbal strategies, nutrition, and lifestyle approaches.

EDS is frequently under-recognized, even by experienced medical professionals, and includes over 13 distinct subtypes, each with its own pattern of associated challenges. Many individuals remain undiagnosed for years while managing complex, overlapping symptoms.
