Speaker: Kenneth Proefrock. A terminal illness is a condition that is not expected to be cured and is ultimately expected to result in the demise of the patient. This lecture presents the possibility of the continued pursuit of a better quality of existence through specific dietary and botanical interventions that may allow for improved longevity as well as a less burdensome existence on ones loved ones and caregivers. We discuss specifics related to oncology patients as well as those with neurologic degenerative conditions like ALS and Parkinsons syndrome.
