This talk begins by presenting botanical therapies for amenorrhea (absence of menstruation).  After a brief discussion of the types of ovarian cysts, botanical therapies for trating them are discussed, including Chamaelurium, Paeonia and anemone.  In the metabolic disorder known as polycstic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), botanicals for reducing androgens can be added to the therapeutic protocol. These include Humulus, Cimicifuga and licorice.
