This talk presents therapies for several conditions.  Botanicals for heavy menstrual periods include cinnamon, shepard's purse and yarrow.  Irregular menses can be helped by vitex, saw palmetto and Lithosperma. For painful menses, crampbark, dong quai and blue cohosh are recommended.  The conference book gives a 6-page materia medica to supplement the information in the lecture.
