A large part of this intensive was spent in collecting the herbs, mixing and blending, which were not recorded. Hence this three hour workshop is condensed into 1 1/2 hours of audio tape time. Be prepared for some gaps and blending noises! However, the bulk of the tape is a very useful presentation on wildcrafting your own herbs and making tincture, cream and oil from them. The proceedings article accompanying the lecture is useful for filling in the details of the recipes for the various preparations, and you can tell from the tape that a great time was had by all!!
